Shipping policy
Empower Bands is pleased to offer complimentary shipping for orders over $50 on all orders shipped within the United States. For orders less than $50, standard shipping prices will be charged. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS or UPS, unless other arrangements are requested. For faster shipping, upgrades are available during checkout. The delivery times are estimates and can be affected by inclement weather, as well as other postal delays. The delivery times also do not include processing time.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correctly listed prior to check-out. We are not liable for changes in shipping once it leaves our warehouse. Once the package is in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier to re-direct your package, as we have no control over it at that point.Â
Empower Bands will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package leaves our warehouse with a shipping carrier (e.g., USPS), you will be required to follow up with the carrier directly in the event that your package is not delivered successfully. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the package is sent out. You may track your package by visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number into their tracking tool. If you need help finding your tracking number, please contact our customer service team at hello@empowerbands.com, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
If an order is returned to us by mail carrier, it can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment. The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges on restocked orders.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Empower Bands will not be responsible for delays due to customs.
CHANGES TO AN ORDER ALREADY PLACED
Please be aware we work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible – usually the same day if we receive the order before noon Pacific Standard Time.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at hello@empowerbands.com. If your order has already been packed up, there is nothing we can do to stop it once it leaves our premises.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage must be reported to Empower Bands within 24 hours from the receipt of goods.
If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, please take photographic evidence for your claim.Â
Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days from receipt. Contact our Customer Service team for a replacement or return.Â

UNITED STATES
For the United States, Empower Bands ships through the United States Postal Service and UPS. Therefore, we utilize the carrier's standard rates. Shipping times are typically 3-5 business days.
All orders over $50 will enjoy complimentary shipping!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGÂ
Currently, we offer shipping to most international destinations! The expected delivery times may vary, depending on the destination. International shipping rates will be calculated in the checkout. For orders over $200, shipping is complimentary!Â
All orders shipped outside the US are ALL SALES FINAL.Â
